Gem Homecare LTD operates a high-quality homecare service facilitating independent living for our clients. We operate in Barnsley. We only employ highly skilled and dedicated carers
Our Service is headed by MS Gemma Mary Greenwood a qualified nurse with over 10 years experience working in the health sector. She has specialised in mental healthcare, dementia and sensory disabilities. Ms Gemma holds an Adult Nursing Honours degree among her multiple qualifications

What We Do
We are a person-centred homecare service provider operating in Barnsley. At Gem Homecare Services we believe every individual is different and we strive to give the best care possible by tailoring our services around specific needs of each individual.
Our approach is sensitive to our service users’ needs and expectations. We encourage service user participation by letting them do things they are comfortable doing, promoting their independence, involvement and choice.
We are a nurse led organisation with robust standards and policies. You can expect our carers to be polite, flexible honest and respectful.
